We are New England’s most popular four season resort area, with Nordic and alpine skiing for all abilities in the winter as well as pristine lakes, rivers, and mountains for summer recreation. Family activities abound. Having the White Mountain National Forest as our border ensures the availability of the area’s natural beauty for the years to come. At Pinkham Real Estate we have experience working with international buyers, and we will use our extensive knowledge of the area to help you find a property that you love.

The strength of the Euro against the dollar offers a great reason to invest in real estate in the U.S.  Furthermore, purchasing real estate here is generally a simpler process than it is in Europe. In some cases it has been possible to obtain financing for up to 75% of the purchase price of one’s U.S. property, and some of our clients have taken equity from their properties for a down payment. If the closing date on your purchase occurs while you are not in the area, we can gladly attend to the details of the closing for you. Our location in Northern New England makes the Mount Washington Valley considerably closer than many traditionally popular destinations in other parts of the U.S. We are an easy drive from 3 major airports-Logan International Airport (Boston, Massachusetts), Portland International Jetport (Portland, ME), and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (Manchester, NH), which makes getting to your property quick and easy.

From Logan International Airport: From the Airport Exit Road, turn onto MA-60W, then US-1N to I-95N to N.H./Maine. Take the US-4/Rt, 16 (exit number 4) on the left toward N.H. Lakes/White Mts./Spaulding Turnpike, and follow to North Conway. 135 miles, 2 ½ hours. Pinkham Real Estate is located at 2617 Main St in North Conway, next to the yellow Chamber of Commerce building.

From PortlandInternational Jetport: Take Route 25W to Route 113N to Route 302W, which merges into Route 16N in North Conway. 60 miles, 1 ¼ hours. Pinkham Real Estate is located at 2617 Main St in North Conway, next to the yellow Chamber of Commerce building.

From Manchester-Boston Regional Airport: Take Brown Avenue to I-293S. Merge onto I-93N. Take exit 23 onto Rt. 104E to Meredith. Turn right onto NH 25E. At the junction of Rt. 16, turn left onto Rt16N and follow to North Conway. 100 miles, 2 hours. Pinkham Real Estate is located at 2617 Main St in North Conway, next to the yellow Chamber of Commerce building.
