Pinkham Real Estate opened its doors in 1963. The name at that time was Pinkham Associates and was founded by Charlie and Gertrude Pinkham. A number of years later Peter Pinkham took over the reigns of the company, and the name became Pinkham Real Estate. Peter, along with his wife, Linda, operated Pinkham Real Estate as a small, independent office for over 35 years, shepherding the business through the boom times and the busts, and playing a role in the development of the area.
In 2004 Josh Brustin joined the company and rose to become the top agent in North Conway, and one of the top-selling brokers in all of the Mount Washington Valley. In 2014, he became the principal broker of Pinkham Real Estate. Josh began the transformational process of adding agents, and staff, as well as updating and incorporating the best technology tools in the industry.
In April of 2017, Pinkham Real Estate opened its brand new, fully remodeled office at 2558 White Mountain Highway in the heart of North Conway Village. A new ownership team was formed in January of 2018 when Emily Kubichko became a partner. Emily had joined Pinkham Real Estate in 2015, having achieved the distinction as one of the area’s top producing Real Estate Agents.

Pinkham Real Estate has proven its longevity and vision and will continue to be a fixture in Mount Washington Valley real estate in the future.
