At that time I had never met Emily and we were working remotely via text and email. Even without meeting me, Emily knew exactly what I was looking for and what home would suit me best. It was very clear to me that she knew the area quite well and was on top of new homes coming on the market. This was during the time when the market was crazy right after Covid. She did find the perfect home for me and negotiated with the sellers on my behalf and at the same time pleasing both parties. The year before, I had purchased a lot with the intention of building a home. Due price increases, I was not able to afford to build. Emily had already found me a beautiful home. After moving in and settling in my new home we put my lot on the market. Land can be a very difficult product to sell. There’s so much unknown. In Emily‘s professional style, she listed the lot. Her listing and description of the lot, including the amazing views, sold the lot in a little over a week's time. And at a fantastic price! Emily’s professionalism, knowledge of the community, honesty, and overall genuine concern for her clients (me in this case) made an extremely stressful move for me seamless. Over many years moving 4 different times, Emily was the best Realtor® I have ever worked with. Her calming nature, honesty, and genuine concern, for not only her clients, but all parties involved, made my buying and selling experience here in the North Conway area seamless. I can now settle into my new home with my family and an area that I love.Read more

Steve Anderson was a pleasure to work with while buying our new home. Steve was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and competent. Although we have no plans to move, if we decide to make another move there is no doubt we would work with Steve again!

Lee Ann was the most wonderful realtor we have ever worked with. She had top notch attention to detail and maintained total communication throughout our home purchase. As our neighbor, she also introduced us to the town and helped our transition to the area. I can’t say enough good things!

We met with Jen almost a year before we were ready to put our home on the market. Right away she understood our situation and continued to check-in until we were ready to move forward. We were impressed with how quickly Jen understood what type of home and areas we wanted to move into. Jennifer was ALWAYS available to show homes, answer questions, find information. We always had so many questions! She is very knowledgeable and when she didn’t have an answer, she was eager to find out quickly. Every decision we made- small or big, mattered to her too! It was important to Jennifer that we found a new home that we loved and could see ourselves in. She helped us find our dream home- a new build in a quiet neighborhood. We are so thankful for all of the help and guidance she provided us- the home tours, gathering information, explaining paperwork and documents, communicating promptly and assertively and above all having great energy and patience with us! We appreciate everything Jen has done for us and look forward to holding on to our friendship that we built along the way!Read more

Recommended to us by friends and family, we immediately established a great relationship. She listened to what we were looking for and then we sat down and went through homes we had chosen to be interested in. Her knowledge of New Hampshire and different locations we were looking at helped us to quickly eliminate or choose to look at based on our interests. We found a house within 2 days of our visit to New Hampshire and closed within 45 days. Thank you Nella for your help and guidance, as well as your knowledge of the area. It made the process less stressful and I really enjoyed the conversations we had throughout the process. Again thank you.Read more

Working with Jennifer was wonderful! While she wasn’t our buying agent, we instantly felt reassured by her great knowledge of the area and market and she assisted us through some challenging hurdles we had to overcome to purchase our house. She is a joy to work with and a pro through and through. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone to work with her.
